HR Strategic Lead

As an HR Strategic Lead at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for :

• Operational - Portugal
• Managing personnel administration (contracts, amendments, certificates, teleworking, etc.)
• Monitor insurance, medical visits, training obligations, benefits, etc.
• Working with the trustee and our internal finance team to prepare and monitor salaries
• Act as a point of contact for employees on all HR issues
• Support managers in HR matters (onboarding, training, travel, offboarding, etc.)
• Ensure legal compliance of Portuguese HR policy
• Strategic - Group
• Defining and steering the global HR roadmap in conjunction with the various countries
• Implementing and developing local and cross-functional processes
• Designing and deploying the company's internal training centre to support team skills development
• Structuring roles within the Group
• Formalising cross-functional HR policies
• Working closely with the various internal stakeholders : managing partners, managing directors, team managers, local HR teams, finance teams, etc.
• Be a driving force in defining the corporate culture
