One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Portugal .

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR, IT, and Finance teams by optimizing and managing Workday systems. You'll handle system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and enhance business processes to ensure smooth operations and data integrity. Your focus will include implementing new features, analyzing workflows, and driving system efficiency. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in HRIS who are eager to grow their technical and analytical skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Perform system configurations, enhancements, and testing within Workday.
  • Support end-users during feature rollouts and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Conduct audits to ensure system accuracy, security, and compliance.
  • Maintain thorough documentation to support training and process alignment.
  • Analyze workflows and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to HRIS optimization by identifying and implementing best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday system implementation or management (preferably across multiple modules).
  • Workday certifications are highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting and process analysis.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Greenhouse or Adaptive is a plus.
  • Project management experience is considered an advantage.
