We have 350 employees in Paris and Lyon. As part of our international development, we are looking for a Frontend Team Lead for our new office in Lisbon, to lead a small team focused on a brand-new user onboarding application.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
At Bedrock, we're looking for a Frontend Team Lead to manage and supervise a small, dedicated frontend team in our Lisbon office. This team will be instrumental in developing a crucial new user onboarding application, focusing on core functionalities like login and registration. You'll be at the forefront of shaping the user's initial experience with our platforms.
As a Team Lead, Frontend, you'll :
- Manage, motivate, and develop the skills of your frontend team on a day-to-day basis.
- Oversee all team members and their projects in alignment with the company's objectives and strategic direction, including roadmap maintenance, priority management, and close collaboration with Discovery / Delivery teams.
- Prioritize projects and coordinate their execution within the team.
- Be responsible for deploying the strategic roadmap for the onboarding application, from design to production.
- Monitor objectives and projects , identifying and securing the resources needed for successful delivery.
- Continuously work on optimizing processes to enhance team efficiency and speed.
- Support, unite, and motivate your team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Increase the visibility and impact of your team's contributions within the organization.
- Contribute to the development of team members and manage people-related matters effectively.
- Work within the Web service, collaborating with other team leads , and generally contribute to the development of the service.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
