What you will do in this role As a Customer Representative and Sales, you will : Sell cruises packagesCross-Sell or Upsell cruises packages and associated productsCustomer support for post-booking and booking managementSupport travel agents with bookings and booking managementSupport customer with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc.
