French is a plus Polite and professional conduct, excellent interpersonal skills A proactive attitude (must take initiative) with an ability to effectively and creatively solve problems Mature approach, dedicated, and committed with a strong drive Independent The ability to manage time exceptionally, excellent organizational skills Diplomatic skills, general knowledge and open mind towards other cultures
Quintessentially Portugal is currently looking for a full time Lifestyle Manager to our office in Lisbon, who will be required to provide a high-end service to all clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Junior Lifestyle Manager duties to include, but not limited to :
- Provide lifestyle management services for the world’s most discerning people, through specialist advice and knowledge, insider access and exclusive privileges, enabling everything from everyday needs to life’s defining moments
- Promote luxurious experiences and long-lasting memories
- Ensure that the highest level of client experience is delivered
- Assist Members (clients) in day-to-day life needs (lifestyle or business-related) – Travel, Restaurants, Events, Education, Real Estate, Wine, Art, Personal Shopping, Health, Entertainment, etc.
- Promote up-selling
- Embody company values (full-time ambassador)
- Upload information to database CRM system
- Update data and requests on CRM system
- Assist with content management and active content search
- Dealing with difficult situations and guest satisfaction
