We are looking for a Frenchspeaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Braga. This is an onsite role perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and looking to grow in a professional and friendly environment.
Position : Customer Service Representative French Speaker
Location : Braga Portugal (OnSite)
Contract : Permanent 3Month Trial Period)
Schedule : Monday to Friday 07 : 00 17 : 30 (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off : Saturday & Sunday
Responsibilities :
Provide outstanding customer support via phone email and chat in French (C2 level required)
Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Follow internal procedures and meet quality standards and KPIs
Requirements :
Fluent French speaker (C2 level mandatory)
Good command of English B2 (for internal communication)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
Availability to work on rotational shifts from Monday to Friday
Customerfocused attitude and problemsolving mindset
Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required
