Responsibilities
As a CoE Accounting Specialist (Interco), you support Local Referents in monthly financial closings, daily operations, and client country communication. You ensure accuracy in intercompany account reconciliations and collaborate on improving accounting quality.
- Perform monthly financial closing tasks for intercompany accounts
- Reconcile balance sheet intercompany accounts accurately
- Monitor and send ageing reports for AP and AR intercompany invoices
- Ensure timely payments and receipts of intercompany invoices
- Conduct P&L analysis, identify gaps, and support country teams in resolution
- Manage accounts receivable encashment to close invoices upon payment
- Prepare monthly audits by fulfilling intercompany control requirements
- Perform lettrage of AP and AR provisions
- Launch accounting quality action plans with Local Referents
- Participate in ad hoc tasks and COE projects, contributing to process improvements
