Mission :
The Business Development Director at United Hospitality Management (UHM) plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy by identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities in Europe. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of developing and executing successful business expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to expand UHM's portfolio of managed properties.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities with Hotel brands, property owners, and investors.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients to secure management agreements.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define market entry strategies and target markets for expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Hotel owners, developers, and industry partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and progress towards goals.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing business development team to support the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. MBA preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in hospitality business development, with a focus on luxury and upscale segments.Proven track record of successfully closing business deals and achieving revenue targets.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of the global hospitality market and industry trends.Ability to travel domestically and internationally frequently as needed.Strong operations, sales and analytical acumen.
