Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience and proven expertise in Salesforce (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud). This role is responsible for developing, executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, comfortable working with data, and has hands-on experience with Salesforce tools to support marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid ads and content marketing

Build, deploy and manage email campaigns and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including content creation, testing, segmentation and automation

Analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights to improve ROI

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define campaign objectives, develop creative assets and ensure brand consistency

Manage and segment marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations

Contribute to content creation for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs and websites, tailored to target audiences

Stay current with digital marketing trends, Salesforce innovations and best practices to recommend new strategies and tools

Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and present findings to stakeholders

Support the development of governance models for digital campaigns and maintain documentation of campaign processes

Troubleshoot technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital marketing platforms

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field

Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on campaign management, content creation and analytics

At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable digital marketing platform

Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media

Proficiency in data analysis and marketing reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce reports)
