1] DESCRIPTION
This position will contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. This role involves active participation in initiatives related to talent management, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
2] RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage and maintain HR databases as well as information in internal and corporate systems, ensuring data reliability to support decision-making.
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and development of HR system modules (such as training, performance evaluation, onboarding, among others).
- Execute, optimise, and automate HR processes (compensation, internal mobility, salary reviews, planning and control).
- Respond to requests from the HR team and manage tickets via the JIRA platform.
- Upload and validate data in HR systems.
- Conduct data audits to ensure integrity.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor HR KPIs and metrics.
- Analyse and implement data visualisation and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with teams from different countries to ensure the proper functioning of local HR processes.
- Support other projects within the Global HR Services area (e.g., employee engagement surveys, salary benchmarking, etc.).
Perfil
3] SKILLS
Experience with HR management software (experience with Cornerstone is a plus).Proficiency in English (C1 level); knowledge of Spanish is an asset.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (such as Power BI or similar).Proactive mindset with critical thinking, analytical skills, and a strong internal customer focus.Good teamwork, planning, and organizational abilities.4] QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Human Resources, Management or similar.Previous experience in data analysis within the HR field (preferably 1 to 2 years), though junior profiles with strong academic backgrounds will also be considered.
