As a Senior Test Manager at Ivy Partners, you will :

Define and support the integration test approach for projects.
Estimate, prioritize, and execute testing activities.
Monitor and manage risks associated with the test plan and contribute to the risk identification process.
Provide clear, accurate, and regular reporting through KPIs related to the test plan implementation and the automation strategy.
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
Collaborate with other QA team members to align common tools and approaches for testing and automation.
Work with development and infrastructure teams to implement a CI / CD strategy that incorporates test by design and embedded automated tests.
Define and provide technical guidance and best practices for the software development and business operations teams.
Contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of company quality standards, including synchronization with other quality assurance units.

About you

You are our ideal candidate if you :

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Have at least 3 years’ experience in software testing.

Are proficient in QA methodology and testing processes.

Have experience implementing automated tests and are familiar with tools such as Postman, Selenium, Cucumber, Xray, and BrowserStack.

Have experience working in Agile methodologies.

Have previous experience in software testing processes integrated with CI / CD tools.

Are well-organized, autonomous, proactive, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
