Were currently looking for a Team Leader to join our Life & Pension Insurance team in Lisbon .

This is your chance to lead a committed and growing team! The team includes 13 Contract Administrators 1 Functional Support Specialist 1 Team Leader and 1 Manager. Since June 2022 weve been managing life and retirement insurance contracts for one of our strategic partners.

Our goal Operational excellence through accurate execution of procedures and internal controls always striving for partner satisfaction and continuous improvement.

YOUR ROLE

As Team Leader you will :

Translate the companys strategic goals into actionable objectives for your team

Foster a respectful inclusive and motivating work environment

Oversee daily operations and ensure strong team performance

Collaborate with HR to support team growth performance and well-being

YOUR PROFILE

Fluency in French (C2 level) written and spoken

Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a Team Leader position ideally within a Shared Services or SSC environment

Familiarity with activity management tools and KPIs

Excellent organizational skills adaptability and ability to work collaboratively

A supportive and structured approach to helping your team grow

Insurance sector knowledge is a plus but if you dont have it yet well train you!

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in French (C2)

Completed High School diploma or higher

Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience

Experience in services for the French market
