SALES ASSISTANT TRAINEE

Mission : As the Sales Assistant you will support the Commercial Department in various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the hotel's success by ensuring efficient processes and strategic decision-making. This position is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of the department and enhancing the hotel's commercial strategies.

What will you have to do?

• Support in the preparation of reports and analyses : Assist the Commercial Management in strategic decision-making.
• Provide administrative support : Manage internal processes and document organization.
• Assist in scheduling travel for the commercial team : Organize agendas and trips for the department's management.
• Manage stock of department materials : Ensure availability and proper management of resources.
• Monitor the processing and payment of invoices : Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
