Working with Data Scientists to take data throughout its lifecycle - acquisition, exploration, data cleaning, integration, analysis, interpretation, and visualization.

What you’ll bring

5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Master’s degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions in a retail, wholesale, or omnichannel environment.

Strong technical foundation in Python, PySpark, and ML libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM), with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow and Git, and familiarity with data pipeline orchestration in Databricks or similar environments.

Deep understanding of statistical methods and experimental design (e.g. A / B testing, hypothesis testing).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Nice to Have :

Experience in the fashion industry.

Background in international, consultancy, or start-up environments.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
