In order to create the future, we are looking for a PMO
As a PMO you will perform tasks such as :
- Coordinate and follow up with the project leaders the evolution of each project namely on deadlines, tasks and deliverables.
- Support portfolio management activities by prioritizing projects, balancing resource capacity, and ensuring alignment with technical priorities and business needs.
- Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communications
- Coordinate periodic reports namely 1) HR costs, CAPEX and OPEX expenses that are allocated to each project and 2) technical reports and deliverables
- Manage the proposed projects budget and timeline and propose corrective measures if applicable
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Promote synergies between projects, namely on suppliers, partners, cost optimization, etc.
- Monitor key project metrics and KPIs, proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
