Your missions
As the Group Risk Manager , you will play a key role in structuring, deploying, and managing risk management within the Mantu group. Based in our growing Porto hub you will be responsible for :
Deployment of Risk Management Methodology
- Implement the group risk analysis methodology at all levels (corporate, brands, support functions, countries) using our open-source risk management tool Eramba.
- Support teams in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks.
- Facilitate risk mapping workshops with key stakeholders.
Action Plan Management
Define, monitor, and challenge risk reduction action plans.Implement monitoring indicators (KRI) and consolidated dashboards.Provide regular reporting to management and governance bodies.Supervision of Business Continuity Plans (BCP / DRP)
Maintain and improve existing continuity plans and disaster recovery plan.Organize regular robustness tests (crash tests, simulations).Work closely with IT, HR, Business, Real Estate teams, and brands.Contribute to crisis management responses, including involvement with dedicated response units.Monitoring, Compliance and Management
Ensure monitoring of standards (ISO 31000, 22301, 27001, etc.) and regulatory OHS requirements.Support the development of tools and applications related to riskParticipate in internal and external audits related to risk management.Oversee a part-time OHS function in Mauritius, ensuring alignment with group practices.Your profile
Experience :
Master’s Degree in related field with a minimum to 7 years of experience in risk management, or risk-related positionsExperience in an international or multi-brand environment is a plus.Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of ISO 31000, 22301, 27001 standards.Experience in enterprise risk management (ERM), mapping, action plansHands-on experience in BCP & DRP creation and testing in real-life scenariosKnowledge of cybersecurity, business continuity, compliance issues.Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.).Soft Skills :
Transversal leadership, ability to engage various stakeholders.Analytical mind, rigor, sense of synthesis.International mindset, strong sens of accountability and a practical solution-oriented approach.Excellent written and oral communication (fluent English required).What we offer
