Your skills :

  • You are entrepreneurial and have strategic vision : you know exactly where to go and how to get there independently.
  • You possess excellent communication and influencing skills. You know how to earn people’s trust in you and your work.
  • You enjoy collaboration and are driven by people. You understand that nothing is achieved without teamwork. And you’re highly motivated to make things happen.
  • You have experience in the Fintech, Banking or B2B Partnerships sector, and knowledge of CRM systems.
  • You have analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities - finding creative solutions, assessing risks, and making informed decisions based on market evolution.
  • And of course : you have 5 years of experience creating and closing B2B commercial partnerships, experience in a start-up or fintech environment, and a high level of English and Spanish.

Why this role?

  • You will lead and have an end-to-end vision : reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer of Aplazame. You will support the strategy and be responsible for end-to-end sales - from lead generation and retention to solution implementation. If you’re looking for a 360º perspective, this is your role.
  • In your day-to-day at Aplazame within WiZink : you will build your own lead pipeline in our CRM, applying sales and go-to-market strategies. You will grow the project from start to finish, implementing new sales strategies.
  • You will make things happen. You’ll work hand-in-hand with technology, product, risk, and operations teams to build solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. You’ll be results-oriented.
  • You’ll establish close relationships with the Marketing department to create ad-hoc strategies for our clients. Your role is key to supporting growth.
  • You’ll have an impact on the organisation : analysing and preparing reports on client activity to optimise both their results and ours. Data is fundamental.
  • You’ll have an influential role : advising and training our clients on best practices and platform usage, resolving queries, and managing day-to-day issues.
