Support Analyst / SQL Developer

We are looking for a Support Analyst / SQL Developer for a project on a hybrid basis in Porto.

• Degree and / or master’s degree in information technology, engineering, biomedical or other similar areas.
• 3 years’ experience in support or similar roles.
• 3 years’ experience in relational databases, such as MySQL, Oracle and SQLServer.
• Ability to debug and analyze complex problems.
• Experience with scripting (e.g. Python, Java or PowerShell).
• Knowledge of ticketing tools.
• Experience in the health sector (valued).
