As an API Operations Engineer at Ivy Partners, you will :

  • Provide daily operations support and maintenance, ensuring the smooth functioning of API Management product operations.
  • Handle troubleshooting, analyze critical situations, and devise and implement recovery plans.
  • Manage SSL configurations and planning.
  • Offer technical support and system administration across all environments.
  • Maintain operating system patches complying with CoE recommendations, review system logs, and proactively monitor systems to preemptively address issues.
  • Engage in business requirements and development according to detailed designs, including designing, building, testing, and deploying deliverables.
  • Manage test phases, including defect management processes and project documentation delivery.

About you :

You are our ideal candidate if you :

  • Are skilled in Docker and Openshift, and have expertise in Linux, including Linux shell processes and administration.
  • Possess knowledge in IAC technologies like Terraform, ArgoCD, and TEKTON / Kin.
  • Have experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-
  • Java, and JSON.
  • Are familiar with virtual IPs, firewalls, LoadBalancer, and other network-related tasks.
  • Understand authentication and authorization mechanisms and have exposure to API security standards and implementation (OAuth, OpenId).
  • Are proficient in English and additional language skills in French or Portuguese would be a plus.
