Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat

Handle account queries, product troubleshooting, and service questions

What do we need from you?

German at a C2 level

English B2+ for internal communication

Great communication and active listening skills

Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure

Motivation to grow in a customer-focused career

EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
