We are currently seeking a  Salesforce Project Manager  to lead and coordinate Salesforce initiatives that drive business transformation. If youre proactive detail-oriented and passionate about delivering impactful solutions we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do

  • Lead Salesforce projects from planning to execution ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including analysts developers and testers.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and ensure adoption.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business IT Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities workflows and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills in  English and Good level of French.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working in agile environments is a plus.

    Job Location and Residency Requirements :

  • This position is based in Portugal.
  • Applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country (example : a residence permit or work visa).
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
