Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer problems.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements :
Native or fluent Dutch speaker.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.What We Offer :
