Join our dynamic People & Talent (P&T) Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist . You'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier technical talent to fuel our company's growth.

About the Role

If you are passionate about recruiting and would like to join a successful organization, work on a variety of profiles, come join our team! Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the P&T Lead, you will :

Actively coordinate with hiring managers and international account managers to identify and explore staffing needs;

Lead regular follow ups on open positions and keep the Open Positions Tracker up to date on a daily basis;

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn) and manage candidate journey through local system (success factors);

Plan and execute interview and selection processes, including screening calls, technical assessments and in-person interviews combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions);

Be familiar with immigration processes and assist the candidates with related orientation;

Manage the recruitment platforms and onboarding process liaising with all teams involved.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with preferably 1 year of IT / Technical recruitment;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

Basic to intermediate knowledge of immigration processes;

Proficiency in office automation tools (MS Office);

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable and Success Factors;

Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills;

Outgoing and empathetic personality with a focus on building relationships;

Self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
