Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Help customers with product inquiries, order problems, and technical issues.
  • Find solutions to customer problems and pass on difficult cases to the right team.
  • Provide clear and helpful answers to make sure customers are happy.
  • Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in Danish (C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts , including nights and weekends.
  • No previous experience required – this is a great entry-level opportunity .
  • Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.
