Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
Help customers with product inquiries, order problems, and technical issues.
Find solutions to customer problems and pass on difficult cases to the right team.
Provide clear and helpful answers to make sure customers are happy.
Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
Fluency in Danish (C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level or higher).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work rotational shifts , including nights and weekends.
No previous experience required – this is a great entry-level opportunity .
Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.
