Content Moderator (German Market)

Location : Lisbon (Porto Salvo) Portugal On-site

Role Overview

Were hiring a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our growing team in Lisbon! Youll review user-generated content for compliance with community standards and help maintain a safe online environment.

Key Details

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday 07 : 00 to 22 : 00 (rotative shifts)
  • Days Off : Saturday & Sunday
  • Work model : On-site

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : 1100 gross / month x 14 months (15400 annually)
  • Performance Bonus : Up to 380 / month
  • Welcome Bonus : 3000 gross (for all new hires in B&M onsite projects German market until end of July)
  • Meal Allowance : 7.63 net per working day
  • Transport Allowance : Not provided
  • Relocation Housing : Shared accommodation provided as part of the relocation package

    For those relocating from outside Portugal :

  • Hotel Accommodation : 28 days upon arrival
  • Flight Reimbursement : Up to 400 after 180 days of contract (Economy Class)

    • For those relocating from within Portugal :

  • Hotel Accommodation : 15 days upon arrival
  • Travel Cost Reimbursement : Up to 150 after 180 days of contract (Economy Class)
