David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO company that is looking to recruit an French speaking Customer Support for their office in Lisbon.
Position : Customer Support
Location : Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type : Full-time (6 month contract)
Remuneration : Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide support to customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
- Handle with all questions and inquiries about products and services
- Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to customers
- Closely work with other together with other departments, for example Sales and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS :
Native / fluent in French both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)Ability to listen actively, identify, apply, and explain service with expertise, clarity, and solve issues in the first contact with customersAbility to handle stressful situationsPrevious Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer)Good and customer-friendly serviceCurious and persistent in solving issuesOrganized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situationsBENEFITS :
