German Technical Support - Hybrid Lisbon or Porto

Are you fluent in German, living in Portugal (Lisbon or Porto) and looking for an opportunity to work with the German language, helping customers from the German market of a grand european telecommunications company?

We are looking for German speaking candidates to join a technical support team, with excellent career growth opportunities - to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon or Porto!

In this job you will help customers over the phone, solving technical issues like internet instability, connection, device malfunction, and other similar technical requests made by the clients. Your communication skills and your taste for technology will be of great value for this position!

In return, what can you expect?

• Full time job
• Working schedule from Monday to Friday, having 3 shifts available : 8am - 5pm; 9am - 6pm and 10am - 7pm (you must be available to take any of these shifts)
• Availability to work eventually on a Saturday (if you work on a Saturday, you will have a day off during the week)
• Base salary of 1.280€ gross
• Monthly bonus of up to 500€ gross
• Quarterly bonus between 500€ and 800€ gross
• Meal allowance of 7,41€ net per day of work
• Transportation bonus of 20€ gross per month
• Contract made directly by the company (6 months contract at first, then possibility of renewal / permanent contract)

You must have an EU citizenship card or a Portuguese residence card to present a valid application. You also must have a fixed address in Portugal and good connection to the internet available in your home (speedtest will be requested).
