We are recruiting a Sales Account Manager to report to Commercial Director

Key Responsibilities

Business Planning and Reporting :

  • Develop and execute business plans.
  • Monitor performance using periodic KPI reports, ensuring commercial targets are met.
  • Propose corrective actions when deviations occur.

Client Portfolio Management :

  • Manage and grow assigned client portfolios.
  • Negotiate deals that enhance profitability and align with business goals.
  • Customer-Centric Product Solutions :

  • Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to maximize business profitability.
  • Production Coordination :

  • Oversee contracted production volumes, ensuring seamless interaction between production, clients, and quality teams.
  • Guarantee orders are delivered on time, meeting technical specifications and agreed pricing.
  • Sales Reporting and Issue Management :

  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to clients.
  • Address and resolve sales-related incidents in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Relationship Building :

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships by managing claims, organizing visits, and attending international trade fairs and events.
  • Promote trust in our production processes and adherence to quality and food safety standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities

  • Adhere to company policies, codes, and procedures.
  • Actively support the dissemination of quality and environmental policies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Participate in training sessions for professional and technical growth.
