IT Business Analyst M / F

Mission

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between technical teams and

business stakeholders. This role involves analyzing business requirements, optimizing digital workflows, and supporting

the delivery of IT projects aligned with operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Work closely with developers, architects, and QA to ensure technical solutions meet business expectations.

Facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews.

Support UAT and system integration testing phases.

Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

Prepare clear documentation, including business process flows, user stories, and use cases.

Profil

Requirements :

Proven experience in IT / business analysis within complex environments.

Strong understanding of systems architecture, APIs, and data modeling.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
