YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You embrace and advocate for the core principles of Product Design ensuring that collaboration humancentered design and datadriven decisionmaking are at the core of everything we do
You create typical design artefacts such as midfi hifi wireframes and prototypes driven by the principles of IxD IA A11y and UCD
You independently leverage user data and research to evaluate the impact of your designs and ensure our customers are always at the core of our product designs
You work closely with Product Managers and Business Partners to define the future of our products
You find the most efficient tradeoff between highvalue solutions for users and the complexity of implementation

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience You have minimum two years of experience in UX / UI Design with a focus on B2C digital products and feel confident owning the design process endtoend

Portfolio Your portfolio showcases projects that show both your visual design skills and your ability to solve complex problems in a usercentered way

Personal qualities You are a humble team player who works well with others open to different perspectives and eager to receive feedback and constructive criticism

Attitude You are energetic hardworking and a continuous learner in the fastevolving world of interactive design always striving to produce the highest quality of work

Approach Youre resourceful and creative enough to solve most challenging problems independently

Communication You have strong English communication skills and can effectively present and defend your ideas
