This is not your typical internship—you won’t be fetching coffee. Instead, you’ll gain hands-on experience with invoice processing, payment tracking and expense management, playing a key role in supporting both internal teams and external suppliers.

What You’ll Do :

• Assist in the processing and organisation of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
• Track and follow up on payments, helping us maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Communicate with vendors to clarify billing issues or payment statuses
• Support the creation and maintenance of Excel-based expense tracking tools and reports
• Keep financial records organised and up to date
• Contribute to ad hoc finance projects and general office administrative tasks as needed
