Review and moderate video content user complaints and copyrightrelated submissions

Maintain and update platform content

Audit social media uploads to ensure they meet community and legal guidelines

Meet performance targets (KPIs)

Uphold accuracy and client compliance standards

Protect customer data and maintain process integrity

Support customers and the internal team professionally and effectively

Candidate Profile :

Fluent in German (C1 and intermediate English (B2

Strong digital skills and computer proficiency

High attention to detail and reliability

Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Previous content moderation or similar experience is an advantage

Associate degree or equivalent education preferred

Flexibility with shifts and schedules
