The Digital division focuses exclusively on the IT sector, offering unique opportunities for professional development. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to work in a hybrid regime in Lisbon.

Responsabilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation testing frameworks from scratch;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose automation strategies that add measurable value;
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript;
  • Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines, ensuring fast and reliable delivery;
  • Work hands-on with different testing approaches including keyword-driven, data-driven, hybrid, and BDD frameworks;
  • Lead and mentor automation teams, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed;
  • Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact in automation-related discussions;
  • Drive innovation in test automation through accelerators and tools to enhance test efficiency.

Requirements :

  • Proven ability to build automation frameworks from the ground up;
  • Strong experience managing stakeholders and communicating across different organizational levels;
  • Skilled at identifying improvement opportunities and driving acceleration through effective solutions;
  • Solid hands-on expertise with Playwright and TypeScript, including advanced programming skills;
  • Background in designing and implementing large-scale test automation frameworks;
  • Practical knowledge of keyword-driven, data-driven, hybrid, and BDD test automation approaches;
  • Self-motivated and quick to adapt, able to deliver results from day one.
