Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting a Field Services Engineer .

Main Responsibilities :

Provide instrument service and support mostly in ultrasound equipment, smart rooms and monitoring.
Including installation, preventive maintenance interventions, equipment failure diagnostics and repair, interventions quotations, initial operator training and security modification and upgrade.
Manage workflow, client interfacing and company requirements and procedures providing the best customer experience, and proper incident reporting.
Escalate support needs to manufacturers;
Answer to client requests – Providing part number, quotations, and other technical support;
Work together with the Service Care Coordinator and the Key Account Managers.

Requirements :

Knowledge & Experience :

Graduated in electronics or equivalent;

At least 2 years' experience as a technician in a similar role;

Experience in imaging, ultrasound, smart rooms and monitoring systems technical support;

Technical assistance in life support systems

Build cooperative relationships and work team.

Languages : Portuguese and English, Spanish will be valued.

Proficient computer skills (MS Office).
