Organization SE CEO Business Unit Communication Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day We are looking for a new colleague to join our diverse, cross-European team in delivering engaging and impactful internal and external communications. Reporting directly to the Head of Communications in Europe, you will manage and implement communication strategies and projects, establish strong relationships with partners, and deliver audience-specific messages and storytelling across platforms. The ability to flexibly adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing organization, prioritize and collaborate across countries and cultures are key skills to master in this position. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Implement communication plans with a strong focus on our company brand, employer branding and employee engagement
- Create content, such as articles, videos, and other communication materials and provide feedback to colleagues, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure a cohesive and consistent message across Europe as well as build strong relationships and collaboration with colleagues and act as an advisor to senior management, the business, and other corporate functions
- Establish impact metrics and measurements, provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of activities, and leverage AI to drive data-informed decision making and optimize efficiency, content creation and communication impact
- Manage social media accounts and developing engaging content for various platforms.
- Organize and implement projects and events
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or other relevant fieldsLong-term proven professional experience in communications combined with project and event management experience, as well as knowledge of AI and digital communicationsFull business proficiency in English, both written and spokenExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiencesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organizationStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
