Mission :

Are you passionate about driving business success through strategic initiatives? As our IT Business Analyst, you'll join a team that’s disrupting the industry. You'll work closely with leaders to align business strategies with technological solutions, optimize processes, and pioneer innovative ways of working in a fast-evolving environment.

What will be your responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and challenges;
  • Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).

Process Improvement :

  • Analyse existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement;
  • Recommend and design optimized workflows, implementing innovative solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners;
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights and feedback.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting :

  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making;
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
  • Project Support :

  • Work with project managers to ensure business goals align with project deliverables;
  • Assist in the creation of user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria;
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful solution implementation.
  • ERP System Implementation & Support :

  • Work with business and product owners to define scope and requirements for ERP Procure to Pay projects;
  • Map business processes in the context of ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations;
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions using industry best practices.
  • Profile and requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Language Requirements : Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages;
  • Experience :
  • Skills :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role;
  • At least 4 years of experience in Finance and Operations functions;
  • Proven experience in ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems;
  • Experience working on global projects across multiple geographical locations is preferred;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI);
  • Proficient in JIRA / Confluence for requirement tracking and project management;
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
