Are you passionate about helping others and looking for a new opportunity in Lisbon? We’re looking for motivated Customer Support Agents fluent in Spanish (native or bilingual) with good command of English (minimum B1) to join our team!
What we’re looking for :
Native or bilingual Spanish (mandatory)
English level B1 minimum (mandatory)
Completed secondary education
Previous experience in contact center / customer support (valued)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Team spirit and customer-focused mindset
Availability for rotating shifts (if applicable)
Your responsibilities :
Provide support to customers via phone, email or chat
Clarify doubts and resolve issues efficiently
Accurately log all interactions in the system
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
