We are looking for an experienced Digital Sales :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote and Pitch Digital Tools :

To Market and pitch Centric and BNP Digital Tools capabilities to clients in EMEA;

  • Client Relationship & Support :
  • To on-board clients to digital tools post demo and support them in completing the set up;

  • Coordinate Communication and Strategy :
  • To coordinate the communication to clients of the new functionalities

    To work in full coordination with the EMEA Sales teams in executing the Digital strategy

  • Gather Insights and Feedback :
  • To collect client feedback and work with the product managers on the development and test of the digital tools;

  • Monitor usage & drive engagement :
  • Prepare various analysis using Client data to monitor hit ratios, retention rates, activity statistics, overall performance, etc
  • To monitor client activity and work with product manager and sales teams to increase client penetration
  • Build & implement communication strategy, including automated client journeys to drive engagement and cross-usage of our Digital tools.
  • Technical Requirements :

  • Academic background in marketing and / or business management. (Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar areas are a plus)
  • Experience of sales or account management with an understanding of institutional client needs
  • Strong Excel knowledge, Python as a plus
  • Availability to travel within EMEA
  • English- 4- Mastery
  • French, German, Italian, Spanish, etc (preferential)
  • Hybrid Role in Lisbon
