Were currently looking for a Team Leader to join our Life & Pension Insurance team in Lisbon .

YOUR ROLE

As Team Leader, you will :

Translate the companys strategic goals into actionable objectives for your team

Foster a respectful, inclusive, and motivating work environment

Oversee daily operations and ensure strong team performance

Collaborate with HR to support team growth, performance, and well-being

YOUR PROFILE

Fluency in French (C2 level) written and spoken

Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a Team Leader position, ideally within a Shared Services or SSC environment

Familiarity with activity management tools and KPIs

Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively

A supportive and structured approach to helping your team grow

Insurance sector knowledge is a plus,  but if you dont have it yet, well train you!

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in French (C2)

Completed High School diploma or higher

Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience

Experience in services for the French market
