About the Role :
Are you detail-oriented with a keen eye for content quality? We are looking for a French-speaking Poor Quality Labeling Specialist to join our team in Portugal . In this role, you will identify and label low-quality content on a leading social media platform, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and maintaining high content standards.
As a Poor Quality Labeling Specialist , you will play a key role in evaluating digital content and helping improve the user experience by flagging misleading, irrelevant, or low-quality material.
Your Responsibilities :
Analyze and assess content quality based on platform guidelines.
Identify and label poor-quality, irrelevant, or misleading content.
Ensure compliance with platform standards and escalate violations.
Work closely with internal teams to enhance labeling accuracy.
Provide insights and recommendations for content quality improvements.
Work Schedule :
Content Moderation : 24 / 7 rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
Night shifts come with extra bonuses!

Requirements :
Fluent in French (C1 / C2 level).
Good English skills (B1 level or higher).

Residency or willingness to relocate to Portugal .
