About the Role :

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon! If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers, this is the opportunity for you.

What Youll Do :

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide solutions for website-related inquiries
• Troubleshoot and guide users through issues
• Ensure a positive customer experience

What We Offer :

Competitive Salary :  1100 euros / month (paid over 14 months)

Bonus : up to  180 euros / month (paid over 12 months)
