What you’ll do
The Real Estate Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing strategic relationships with real estate developers, construction companies, property managers, and facility managers to integrate fiber connectivity and home smart building solutions into residential and commercial properties. This role serves as a bridge between the telecom operator and the real estate industry
- Build and Manage Real Estate Partnerships : Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with property developers, construction firms, and real estate investment companies to implement fiber and connected solutions in new and existing buildings
- Deploy Smart & Connected Infrastructure : Coordinate the integration of high-speed fiber internet and other connected solutions (eg : smart home technology, digital security systems, energy optimization tools, and other IoT-based solutions into properties)
- Create Value Propositions : Develop tailored business models and partnership proposals that highlight the added value of connected buildings for developers, investors, and end-users
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with engineering, legal, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with partner expectations
- End-to-End Relationship Management : Manage the entire partnership lifecycle from initial contact and technical assessment to solution deployment and post-implementation follow-up
- Market Intelligence : Monitor real estate trends, identify new opportunities for smart connectivity, and track upcoming projects and market needs
- Vendor & Technology Alliances : Work with technology providers and partners / vendors to curate a robust portfolio of smart home and smart building solutions
- Commercial & negotiation experience to build and manage relationships with partners and senior’s stakeholders, leading commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with long-term goals
- Identify and approve real estate partnerships opportunities development
- Negotiate, stablish and manage partnerships identified
- Implement and integrate the partnerships in the Vodafone offer portfolio, ensuring the right integration within the sales channels
- Create compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Track and report on KPIs related to new revenue generation, partner performance, and customer acquisition
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in business development and / or partnerships in real estate area5 years in business development, strategic partnerships, or consultative sales in telecom, technology, or real estate sectorsExperience with FTTH (Fiber to the Home), smart building solutions, or connected services is strongly preferred.Understanding of FTTH infrastructure and structured cablingFamiliarity with smart home / IoT solutions (automation, energy, security, etc.)Business case development and commercial modelingStrong consultative selling and business development mindsetExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrategic thinking and ability to create win-win partnershipsCollaborative, cross-functional approach with technical and commercial teamsInnovation-driven, entrepreneurial, and client-oriented
