This could be the perfect challenge if you have :

5+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management (preferably in IT or tech consulting)

Solid experience managing client accounts with international exposure

Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills

Autonomous, strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset

Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages are highly valued

Willingness to travel and engage with global stakeholders

Main responsibilities :

Lead the development of strategic client relationships in the IT consulting space

Identify and close new business opportunities with international clients

Oversee the preparation of proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations

Ensure seamless coordination with recruitment and delivery teams

Monitor commercial KPIs and ensure achievement of revenue targets

Contribute to the strategic growth of Integer Consulting in global markets
