Are you a native speaker of Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish? Are you based in Portugal or planning to relocate? We are hiring multiple remote positions for ARC Support Specialists to join a dynamic and international team!

Role Overview :

As an ARC Support Specialist, you will support customers throughout their online order journey from delivery tracking and returns to payment issues and general inquiries. Your work will be essential to delivering a smooth and high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, or chat

Assist with delivery management, returns, payment processing, and general support

Collaborate with couriers, banks, and internal departments

Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and PCI standards

Escalate complex issues when necessary using internal tools

Training & Integration :

Paid training period (1520 working days) conducted in English

Full onboarding and training on tools, products, and communication procedures

Permanent contract offered after a 30-day trial period

Candidate Profile :

Native or fluent in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish

Excellent English skills (minimum C1 level)

Customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Prior experience in back-office or support roles is a plus

Compensation & Perks :

Monthly gross salary package up to 1,620.50
