Your mission

As our new Graphic Designer , your mission is to bring performance-driven ideas to life with stunning, conversion -oriented visuals . You'll help turn strategy into scroll-stopping ad creatives, develop engaging content for social media , and collaborate closely with our creative and media teams to deliver work that doesn't just look good — it performs.

Your profile

You have experience in  graphic design , ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.

You have a strong portfolio with a focus on  digital content, ads, and branding .

You’re fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and comfortable with Canva and  Figma .

You understand  performance design and know how to turn a briefing into a concept with a clear goal.

You’re  detail-oriented , organized, and can handle tight deadlines with a cool head.

You’re a  team player who loves feedback, collaboration, and shared success.

You have  excellent English skills (German is a plus!).

Bonus : Experience with motion design, copy-driven layouts, or UGC creative work .
