If you are already living in Portugal this position is fully remote allowing you to work from anywhere in the countryexcept the islands. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat

Assist with product information troubleshooting and issue resolution

Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience

Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements :

• Proficiency in Italian (C1 / C2 level)
• Already residing in Portugal (remote work available from any city except the islands)
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
• Exceptional problemsolving and interpersonal skills
