We are looking for a Team Leader with a strong technical background and proven experience in team management to lead a group of 5 professionals focused on reporting ETL and data visualization. This role combines leadership data architecture and hands-on development using technologies such as Python MS SQL Server and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support a team of 5 people;
Ensure quality control and validate team deliverables;
Manage the team backlog and define priorities;
Distribute tasks and monitor delivery timelines;
Design optimized data structures for reporting;
Implement ETL processes using SSIS and stored procedures / jobs ;
Support the creation of dashboards in Power BI based on tabular models.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical leadership roles;

Proven experience in Power BI advanced skills in building dashboards designing tabular models and transforming data into actionable insights

Strong organizational planning and communication skills;

Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement;

Team-oriented with a strong commitment to quality;

Ability to design scalable business-oriented solutions;

Solid experience with the following technologies :

Python for automation and data manipulation;

MS SQL Server queries stored procedures and jobs;

Power BI dashboards and tabular models;

SSIS ETL process development;

Proficient in English.

Location : Lisboa;
