Vertente Humana is currently recruiting Dutch speakers to work in exciting projects for internationally recognized brands. Our client is a renowned company located in Areeiro,Lisbon. Tasks : - Making contact with customers in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Netherlands to confirm and schedule equipment collections; - Providing telephone support and answering questions in a clear and empathetic manner. Schedule : Fixed full time hours between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday Requisitos : - Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch - Good understanding of English and or Portuguese (B2 Level); - Good computer and internet skills; - Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit; - Client oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others; - Experience in call center environment (preferred).
