About The Role

We are creating a new D2C product in Utilities and seek a Managing Director to oversee operations, execution, and team building.

Profit Share

Includes profit share incentives and stock options, details shared during interview.

You will build a high-talent team in our fast-paced, remote environment.

About You

A dynamic, hands-on leader with extensive D2C digital product experience, especially in subscriptions. Skilled in growth, innovation, engineering, product, marketing, and operational strategies. Capable of managing teams, delivering results, and engaging deeply in technical and operational aspects.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic growth initiatives for business expansion and market positioning.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, product, marketing, and sales.
  • Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering for innovative solutions.
  • Align product roadmap with business strategy and customer feedback.
  • Manage marketing campaigns aligned with product launches.
  • Use data analytics to refine growth strategies.
  • Monitor key financial and operational metrics.
  • Evaluate customer lifetime value and marketing return on ad spend.
  • Improve user experience and increase customer activation.
  • Analyze revenue and retention metrics to inform product development.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in D2C digital products, preferably subscriptions.
  • Deep understanding of engineering, product, marketing, and growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Comfort with technical and operational engagement.
