What does it take to be a SMART APPLICATION PACKAGING ENGINEER?

A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent (preferred)

2–3 years of experience in a similar role

Strong PowerShell scripting skills — you speak fluent automation

Expertise in Windows desktop environments & MSI technologies

Hands-on experience with MECM, Intune, and PSADT

You know your way around system scripting tools

Familiarity with ticketing systems like Service Now

What will you do as a SMART APPLICATION PACKAGING ENGINEER?

• Package applications and deliver deployable solutions using best practices (MSI, PSADT, PowerShell)
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize deployments for Intune / MECM environments
• Support the lifecycle of Windows desktop applications in enterprise environments
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and automation standards are in place and evolving
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to ensure seamless rollouts
• Contribute to a smarter IT ecosystem — one package at a time
